How do I make a return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you are always welcome to return it to us within 30 days.

Write to kontakt@www.dchange.se and we will send you a return slip. Then send the product back in its original condition, with notes left in the original packaging. Attach the order number and fill in if it is a repurchase or a change you want to make.

If you want a new product or new size, place a new order for what you want instead.

Submit your return to the nearest Postnord. As soon as we have received your return, we will process it. All returns are refunded using the same payment method used for your purchase. Please note that it may take between 14-30 days before we receive and process your return.

In the event of a canceled purchase, you as a customer will be charged SEK 59 on your original invoice.

In the event of a return, you as a customer are responsible for the return shipping and are responsible for the condition of the goods during shipping.

What is your return policy?

You always have the right to return your goods with us within 30 days after you have received your order.

The product must be in its original condition in the original packaging and with the labels left.

As a customer, you are responsible for the condition of the goods upon return and for products lost during transport, so request a receipt from Postnord.

How do I know if you have received my return?

Do I have to pay my invoice for the returned item?

We usually recommend paying or pausing the invoice for your return as you never know how long the postal service may be to us, so that you do not receive any reminders from Klarna.

How do I change a product?

We offer free returns if you want to change your product to another size, model or color within 30 days.
