How do I make a return?

If you are not 100% satisfied with your product, you are always welcome to return it to us within 30 days.

Write to kontakt@dchange.se and we will send you a return slip. Then send the product back in its original condition, with patches left in the original packaging. Attach order number and fill in if it is a repurchase or exchange you want to make.

If you want a new product or a new size, place a new order on what you want instead.

Submit your return at the nearest Postnord. As soon as we receive your return, we will process it. All returns are refunded using the same payment method used in your purchase. Please note that it may take between 14-30 days before we receive and process your return.

If you regret a purchase, you as a customer will be charged SEK 49 on your original invoice.

In case of a return you as a customer are responsible for the return freight and are responsible for the condition of the goods during the freight.

What is your return policy?

You always have the right to return your goods with us within 30 days of receiving your order.

The product must be in its original condition in the original packaging and with the labels remaining.

You will be refunded to the same account with which the order was paid.

For returns, SEK 49 will be charged on your invoice. Swaps are always free within Sweden.

As a customer, you are responsible for the condition of the goods upon return and for products lost during transport, so request a receipt from Postnord.

How do I know if you have received my return?

Once we have received and processed your return, you will receive an email regarding your refund / update of your invoice.

Do I have to pay my invoice for the returned item?

We usually recommend paying or pausing the invoice for your return as you never know how long the mail can be to us, so that you do not receive any reminders of Klarna.

We offer free returns if you want to change your product to another size, model or color within 30 days.
