Training description

Welcome to this training plan for beginners level one! This program is based on two workouts per week. It is a good place to start if you want to get started and train, but have no previous experience. The program consists of simple exercises that are easy to perform, but still an effective training program.

Focus first and foremost on the right technique, do not put on more weight before it feels comfortable for you to do so. Aim to increase the load gradually every week.
